Derby Day
This was Hannah's first Derby. We didn't have the winner picked. We were cheering for General Quarters because the owner was from Louisville. I was cheering for Mr. Hot Stuff because that name describes my husband! Scott worked in the yard all day doing landscaping. Mema & Papa watched Hannah for us. I worked inside the house which is never ending. Then, we went to Mema & Papa's to watch Derby 135 on the big screen. Mema made a great dinner; steak, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, green beans, & rolls. I wish I could cook half as good as her. Anyway, Happy Derby 135!
